cooling off the day

0117
from this time and date, I'll remember my birth quietly as always do
no mentioning, no celebrate the way I preferred making me reminded without being so

0715
head home when Umi leads Ish and Fifi to school, place my MTB back in the store and give myself time a simple packing for day hike up
Tabur that is
can't recall really for how countless time I've been up there but this spot always has its special place for most KL folks
those wanting quick relieve and retreat

0730
Huzair stop by in front of my gate, good I tell myself
time to go and Khairul with Kizam waiting nearby 'teh-tarik' stall at my place
stop short by the fuel station for another friend, coming along is Ammar
alas am not even sure whether this guy have been healthily active

0735
we don't wait long and off we go blending with growing traffic, a starting morning rush beginning to swell
by the time we reach up Hulu Klang area, turning right heading for the entry

0743
parked and start moving up, going through by the water catchment twin huge pipe before the trailhead
lead them carefully since couple of them have not or never really into active outdoor retreat, let alone in any serious hike, climb either
weather seems real good, bright and sun is shining across the blue sky above

0815
cool conversation between us whilst hiking up, chat about almost every out of work topic therefore this is good enough
work leave it at work as it is and off duty remains free and easy

0925
reaching up an open place for quick short break, like as if they deserve it in time being
Ammar seems breathless, little shaky for this new thing to him
nothing strange to me as I can understand not many individual are up to high or how slow tempo hike would be, because when one can't proceed it means they really mean it
no force needed or unwanted trouble sets in afterward

0940
reaching another open space fits about over eight pax in any one time, nice for a quick photograph session, chat before continue further up on this longest and biggest limestone quartz
in the world, a little haven for natural enthusiast and safe keep by many surrounding neighborhood
well.. of course the nature lovers society with much support by the state governor in protecting the environment, flora, faunas and avian species like the hornbill and many other around this dam
this is also a nice spot for anglers during short break holiday coming from the other entry via Sg Pusu resident

1026
atop the peak Khairul and I simply wanna have a quiet and nice view whereas Huzair and Kizam spending time drinking theirs, pictures and relaxing the day
more pictures from their cameras than mine, giving their valuable time with much appreciation will result in positive thinking alas a good start for more of this nature activity in near future
a healthy side of youthful time from their point of perspective and for being green lovers

1118
time to move down, deciding for a stop by the river dam below
advising them to be little cautious as I do not want any injury, sprain and what not for this newcomer
at least I am doing the best part on how to appreciate nature more and closer way

1248
we get into the wet and wild time in the clear crystal water by the dam river once reached down there safely and sound
glad  they're happy, smiling, jumping in and out of the stream thrilling cheerfully
as we remember to drop at 'cendol' cool-off session, we hurriedly dressing up, walk out back through the long pipe till we reach back to the parking site

1256
heading out and reach up the spot
ordered our drinks while Huzair had his early lunch altogether and I didn't realized he's in the mood for food though but that's all right
good apetite makes one feel good towards the day ahead

1340
paid and done, we head home to our different destination
it's quite hot and humid afternoon by the time we reach the expressway

1415
heavy rain start during my reaching home while Khairul and Huzair head home from my place at the same time
am not sure when I shut my eye for the day till wifey wakes me up much later
but thats the day spent cooly
